Your team made the experience so straightforward and seamless, they patiently answered all of my questions and welcomed me to their workshop before I ordered to see the product and finishes in person. They took care of every detail and installation, communicated regularly throughout the process and even delivered ahead of schedule. Your team was so prompt and helpful and kind. As an interior designer, there’s nothing more valuable than working with a reliable supplier you never need to chase, and with whom you can be confident your project is in good hands. The doors are so well made and beautiful, we absolutely love them and would do it all again in a heartbeat.

My experience with Unique Steel Windows has been excellent. I did a lot of research into different suppliers of steel heritage/ crittall style doors and they were competitive on price and now that the door is installed I can confirm the quality is top notch too. Communication was great throughout and the attention to detail in identifying a very slight issue with one of the handles, and the speed in which they rectified it, speaks to the pride they take in their work. Would definitely recommend and hope to use you again for the next project!

Very impressed with our crittall-style windows/doors and the excellent service from Dean and his team. Compared to quotes obtained from 5+ different companies, Unique Steel Windows were easily the best on price and delivery time. Excellent communication and attention to detail helped contribute to a stress-free experience purchasing and installing a key feature of our extension. Highly recommend

We needed a couple of bespoke windows to act as partial room dividers in our open plan home. We discovered Unique Steel Windows after searching on-line for a company that would make them for us even though it was quite a small order. We were delighted when we immediately received a response from Les who understood exactly what we wanted and in no time sent us a sketch to check our requirements and then exact measurements were submitted and plans drawn up for our approval. We chose to collect and install the windows ourselves to save on the cost and in a few short weeks, during which time the company kept us fully informed of developments, we had exactly what we requested installed and looking amazing. We cannot fault this company for the quality of the workmanship and for their communication and professionalism to make sure we received exactly what we required. Would thoroughly recommend!

My contractor found / connected us with Unique Steel. Jason and Les were so helpful – they were really hands on and helped us design our dream doors. They have such a slim profile. The installation and finish on the doors are stunning. Very happy and would definitely work with them again!!

Really great working with this company. I’d gone to maybe 6-7 companies for quotes and Unique Steel Windows was the most competitive on price and also guaranteed a speedier delivery which mattered to us as we were due to have a baby (and needed the dividing crittal to be here in time!). They look great and we’re super happy with them. Thanks again to the team.
